You're asking too soon.
A blank quote form asks people to commit before they've learned anything useful. That can leave early-stage buyers behind.
Most solar websites ask for a quote too early, give little personalised guidance, and leave visitors unsure what to do next.
We help solar companies and solar installers turn more of their existing traffic into qualified enquiries.

The opportunity for solar installers
Homeowners often want answers before they're ready for a sales conversation. But many website journeys jump straight from “I'm interested” to “Give us your details.”
A useful solar website gives people a next step that fits where they are in their buying journey. That helps ready buyers reach your team sooner, while people still researching can get answers, build confidence and stay in touch—with their permission—until they’re ready.

Most installers don't need another generic marketing pitch. They need a clearer journey from homeowner curiosity to a confident, qualified enquiry.
A blank quote form asks people to commit before they've learned anything useful. That can leave early-stage buyers behind.
Reviews, workmanship, licensing and local installations may exist — but not where a hesitant buyer needs to see them.
A battery-ready household and a first-time solar buyer need different answers. One generic page can't speak directly to both.
We don't replace your installers. We help more of the right people get far enough to speak to them.

Your website readiness score
Each question earns 2 points for “Yes”, 1 for “Partly”, and 0 for “No” or “Not sure”. Each of the six areas has two questions and equal weight. Overall score = points earned ÷ 24 × 100, rounded. “Not sure” is separately flagged as unverified. The score is a discussion aid, not an industry benchmark or a forecast.

See the potential
Use your actual monthly website leads and phone enquiries to explore a what-if scenario. No traffic-to-enquiry percentages to work out.
1 · Your numbers
Use unique new enquiries only (don't double-count someone who calls after completing a form). Enter gross profit after direct installation costs, not total sale value.
2 · Illustrative annual gross-profit opportunity

Illustrative scenario only, not a forecast or a claim that enquiries were lost. You choose the extra-enquiry assumption. Calculated annual gross profit = extra enquiries × job conversion rate × average gross profit per job × 12. Calls and web leads must be unique enquiries.

A better customer journey
We're not trying to create more forms. We're trying to create more confident conversations with homeowners who understand why they should speak to you.
What happens next
We work with your team to understand the gaps, improve the journey and measure what actually changes.
Review the pages, quote paths, trust signals and follow-up that visitors experience today.
Identify the highest-impact improvements worth testing first — without a full site rebuild.
Add a stronger offer, a useful first step and more relevant enquiry and follow-up flows.
Track enquiries, qualification and booked work so the next changes are based on evidence.
Who we help
Straight answers
No complicated jargon. Just practical changes you can understand and measure.
Not necessarily. We focus first on the enquiry journey: what visitors see, what they get before a form, where proof appears and what happens after they act. Sometimes the best improvements are contained changes to existing pages.
We ran an automated first-pass audit of 31 Adelaide solar company websites. It checked public HTML for lead forms, calculators, calls to action, proof and other features. The average score was 45.8/100; 22 websites scored in the C or D bands. These are screening scores, not verified conversion rates, and JavaScript-based tools may be missed.
No. It is a free self-assessment based on your answers, designed to highlight sensible first priorities. A personalised review can then inspect your actual website and customer journey in more detail.
No. It shows an illustrative scenario based on the numbers you choose. Extra enquiries are not assured and the model does not measure your actual missed sales. The point is to see whether conversion improvements may be worth investigating.
We'd start with the most obvious visitor friction: a generic quote form, unclear next steps, missing trust at decision points or no useful personalised first step. Then we'd agree on what can be measured before making changes.
Meet them where they are
These four visitors could arrive on your site today. A good journey helps each person answer their question and take a useful next step. Open an example to see what that could look like.
01 Just exploring
They might be tired of high bills, but unsure about cost, savings or where to start. A quote form may feel a bit early.
A plain-English starting guide, an explanation of what affects cost and value, or a few questions to help them explore their options.
A useful next step: “Where should I start with solar?”
02 Working out what fits
They may be adding an EV, changing how they use power or wondering about an upgrade. A generic solar offer doesn't answer their question.
A short assessment about their current system, energy use and goals, followed by an explanation of what an installer would need to check.
A useful next step: “Explore my battery options.”
03 Comparing their options
They have done some homework, but may be comparing the bottom-line price without understanding differences in equipment, scope or support.
A comparison checklist covering equipment models, installation inclusions, warranties, support and the assumptions behind savings estimates.
A useful next step: “Help me compare my quotes.”
04 Ready for a conversation
They're closer to choosing an installer. They want confidence in your work, an easy way to enquire and clarity about what happens next.
Relevant local installations, genuine reviews, clear credentials and a short enquiry form that explains who will respond and when.
A useful next step: “Talk through my installation.”
Help them answer the question they have now. With permission, follow up with the next useful piece of information—not the same sales message for everyone. That's the journey we help you improve.
Illustrative visitor examples, not fixed stages everyone follows. People can move between them. These are examples of tools we could build for your business.
